The cake layers generous portions of Shizuoka muskmelon with a sugar content of at least 14 degrees into sponge cake made with Taiyo eggs and fresh cream from Omuta, Kyushu. Pairing it with an aromatic cup from the premium Geisha coffee set, or the smooth, finely frothed nitro "Cold Crema" coffee, makes the tea hour particularly memorable.
